Refund Policy

Overview
We offer refunds on defective items or orders that qualify under the right of withdrawal.
All returns and refunds are handled according to applicable consumer protection laws.


When Refunds Apply
Refunds are available in these cases:

  • Approved product claims (see Warranty & Claims)

  • Approved right of withdrawal (see Return Policy)

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Refunds apply to the product price. Shipping is only refunded if the product is faulty or required by law


Address Disclaimer
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we can resend it once a corrected address is provided new shipping costs will apply.


How to Request a Refund
Send an email to essenziase@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll send return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
The product must be returned with tracking, unused, and in its original condition.
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Timing

  • You must report a claim or initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the approved return
